Job Description:

Leads the execution of hourly and salaried Workforce Management programs and initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; identifying barriers and obstacles that impact plan execution; providing guidance and training resources; measuring plan progress and performance; and developing contingency plans.

Drives the Workforce Management strategy to improve associate experiences, retention, and business performance by ensuring the execution of “Schedule Right” in all assigned stores; reviewing and assessing scheduling and staffing data to translate into required actions to improve scheduling performance.

Manages the talent acquisition strategy for assigned stores by developing, communicating, and delivering recruiting strategies to attract and maintain a skilled and engaged workforce; forming strategic partnerships and leveraging talent acquisition techniques to source a diverse candidate pool; screening candidates for qualifications and coordinating with hiring managers to arrange interviews; gathering and facilitating feedback from managers on candidates; managing the job offer process, including negotiating and communicating job offer information.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist or

Specialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years’ Walmart management experience with 2 years’ experience supervising other salaried managers.

Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.

Job Description:

Applied Business Acumen

Identifies and helps design solutions to business problems based on machine learning and other advanced algorithms

Owns delivery of the piece of the project assigned by the broader team

Helps define measurement and implementation plans to unlock business value

Problem Formulation

Translates problems that need solving into algorithmic solutions

Gains expertise in the domain area to identify the boundaries of the problem and helps design a strong solution for it

Data Source Identification

Works with product and data experts to explore various datasets and identify those most appropriate

Builds data quality checks to ensure the integrity of data pipelines used in the solution

Model Analysis

Systems Administrator, Technology Operations (Procurement)

Job Description:

Oversee quote creation with our preferred vendors that supply hardware to the US Home Office.

Provide customer service and address customer issues by serving as a point of contact for customers both internal and external for hardware orders for Home Office.

Create article numbers in iCatalog to support the ordering process.

Meet with vendors to understand respective hardware roadmaps.

Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes for hardware inventory needs.

Manage the ordering workflow, working with vendors, ch.ippers and internal partners to ensure inventory on hand at all times to meet the business needs.

Manage supply chain escalations with our vendors and communicate to management any potential risk.

Provide reporting on stock levels so that shortages can be addressed in a timely manner.

Work with finance partners to manage and report spend through the year.

Provide insights on spend patterns and consumption levels.

Manage team key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and maintain those by developing dashboards, quality process controls, and reporting metrics.

Qualification:

Minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience in a business environment, preferably working in an enterprise organization with multiple responsibilities and areas of influence.

Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including Microsoft Suite and Excel is required.

A strong attention to detail and a willingness and desire to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Coupa, iCatalog, S/4 Hana, and ServiceNow Hardware Asset

Management (HAM) is strongly preferred.

Experience sourcing and procuring hardware strongly preferred.

Order processing, vendor relations, and some data analytics experience strongly preferred.
