Job Description:
Establishes and enforces policies and procedures for operations by developing and maintaining operational business plans for program requirements; providing input to strategy development and the research and development of new operational flows; coordinating activities with other functions and vendors to obtain optimum production and utilization; enforcing asset protection and safety controls; and implementing, enforcing, and updating standard operating procedures to ensure consistency with processes.
Leads and coordinates the planning and execution of multiple complex projects and programs by utilizing operations expertise for the development, execution, and improvement of project and program initiatives; developing project and program strategies to achieve strategic goals and business objectives; developing and adjusting timelines, tasks, and resources allocations; overseeing, prioritizing, delegating, and managing work streams; prioritizing and ensuring resolution of critical issues;
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 2 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area.
