Job Description:
• Validate order as per the scope of work
• Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation
• Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build
• Review the network design shared by design team
• Built network config as per the scope and design
• Join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
• Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues
• Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders
