Job description:

The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Alight’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements.

Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.

Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA.

This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming (logical reasoning, analytical skills),systems configuration and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical / Domain knowledge, System Development and Quality Assurance, Ongoing task Management – 80%.

Communication: Actively Participates in huddles/meetings, effective communication through Maestro / Mail, Lync, client team touch base – 10%

Operations/Other services/Shared services support –5%

Continuous improvement and other client/organization initiatives – 5%.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree computer science, math or equivalent work experience in an analytical area.

B. Tech (any specialization), BCA, MCA is preferred.

Graduates with relevant computer diploma’s.

Trainee

You will help empower results for our client by processing and/or auditing Benefits / HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner. You will work with the Subject Matter Expert and manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommend / implement solutions for various clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Timely completion of the task, Inventory management and ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned.
Complying to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards, MIS, internal guidelines and following customer concern matrix
Carrying out data entry and rule based entry for processes and performing simple process calculations

Qualifications:

Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree (Except Btech / BE/ LLB)
0 – 2 years’ work experience in back office or similar transaction processing
Good computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications) with typing Speed of Minimum 25 WPM with 90% Accuracy
You should demonstrate good written & verbal communication
