Job Description:
Ensuring timely and as per expected quality master data creation/modification/deletion.
Ensure on-time processing of e-2-e Master Data operations.
Ensuring timely and as per expected quality SAP contra creation/modification/deletion for each LBU.
Process standardization and industrialization.
Assist to improve procurement and stock efficiency.
Non-Voice daily tasks 50%.
Voice tasks 50%.
Qualification:
Good English language skills, written and conversational.
BPO Experience of 1 year minimum in Master Data Management.
Master Data Admin processes/ contract management.
Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills.
Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or any Data Platform. Nice to have &
Trainable Skills:
Neutral Voice and Accent and call management.
MDM domain Knowledge and Industry Skills.
Exposure to Master data Management.
Technology Exposure – SAP/SAP ARIBA/COUPA/similar system.
