Digital Imaging Specialist – US

Xerox Corporation, is seeking a Digital Imaging Specialist who will be responsible for working on-site daily at Xerox’s Reprographics and Digital Imaging Center located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday performing duties assigned related to large scale document imaging projects.

Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process.
Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
Index scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer and/or leadership, along with additional post-imaging services.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs, including print and finishing services and customer deliveries in the immediate Indianapolis area.

Qualification:

Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
1-2 years of reprographic and print shop experience is preferred.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop.
Experience using Microsoft applications and the Internet.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to carefully oversee and manage large volumes of individual documents.
A willingness to learn new skills, as well as adaptability when project details change.
Quality communication with team members to manage project expectations.
High of level of personal job responsibility to manage daily duties with minimal supervision.
Proficient typing skills not mandatory but preferred.

Associate Quality Engineer – India

Job Title: Associate – QA Engineer

Experience Level: 3-7 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Sr.QA Engineer who needs to be a strong independent contributor who Collaborate with Solution Architects/Project Stakeholders/QA Lead to understand project requirements from BRD’s and Acceptance criteria defined in User stories.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and Joint System Integration Testing (JSIT) with UAT and customer teams
Execute test cases and document test results and defects in a timely and efficient manner in Azure dev ops.
Perform functional and regression testing to ensure the quality and stability of software applications.
Provide assistance on testing the UAT and PROD defect fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on System Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments.
Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems.
Experience in Web test automation tools such as Java – Selenium, Playwright (Java Script).
Experience in Desktop Automation or RPA based tools like Power Automate, UI Path, etc.,
Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
