McKinsey’s Women’s Internship and Scholarship is a program designed to recognise talent and support women who would like to maximize their own potential. This program allows students from a broad range of university degree’s to receive firsthand consulting experience. Job Description:
In this role you will have the opportunity to work on teams and help the best organisations in the world – across the private, public, and social sectors – solve some of their most difficult problems.
You will also work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists to researchers to software and app designers.
You’ll work on a client team, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement.
In this role, your responsibilities will include gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Interns receive frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams.
Qualification:
Pre-penultimate or penultimate year student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Outstanding record of academic achievement with a strong commitment to excellence in personal and professional growth
Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Australia or New Zealand
