Shift Timings – Night Shift 24*5 (Fixed weekend off, Mon to Fri working)
RTO – Work from office 100%
CL 10/11/12 – Compensation & Benefits with SAP experience (50% Comp and 50% Benefits)
CL 10 – Team lead role hence we need resource with domain expertise into Comp/Bene (we can consider Acting TL)
CL 11 – We are looking for someone who has experience into international Compensation OR Benefits, 401K, Retirement, pension, Health and welfare, COBRA, Health insurance enrollment etc.
CL 12 – Trainable resource to be considered with international HRO experience.
(SAP experience is mandate for Comp & Ben – cl 11 & 12)
CL 8/9/12 – Employee database management (WFA) + SAP
CL 8/9 –People Management role hence we need resource with domain expertise + People Management, client management, stake holder management.
CL 12 – Trainable resource to be considered with international WFA experience with SAP (SAP experience is mandate for WFA – cl 12)
CL 8/9/10/11/12 –Payroll
CL 8/9 –People Management role hence we need resource with domain expertise + People Management, client management, stake holder management.
CL 10 – Team lead role hence we need resource with domain expertise into Payroll (we can consider Acting TL) and SAP will be added advantage.
CL 11 – We are looking for someone who has experience into Pre-payroll OR end to end Payroll processing.
CL 12 – Trainable resource to be considered with international HRO experience.
(SAP experience is mandate for Payroll -CL 11 & 12 )
CL 10/11/12 –Global Mobility
CL 10 – Team lead role hence we need resource with domain expertise into Global Mobility
CL 11 – We are looking for someone who has experience into international Global Mobility
CL 12 – Trainable resource to be considered with international Global Mobility experience.
Skills Requirement – Excellent communication skills.
Experience – 1 to 14 Years.
