Operations Engineer, Operations Engineering – USA
Job Description:
As an Operations Engineer for Amazon, you will work with some of the most talented engineers in the design, development, and delivery of physical distribution systems around the globe.
You are responsible for managing a technology or integration project, successfully delivering the solution to meet project goals.
You may work directly with external equipment vendors, customers, or partners, and you have a solid understanding of the design approaches and industry technologies utilized in fulfillment and distribution center designs.
To meet timelines and minimize disruption to support teams, you manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, and keep the scope of engineering deliverables under control.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field
• 0-4 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation
• Experience managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
Preferred Qualification:
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related STEM field
• Operations Management/Distribution Center experience with direct management or responsibility for material handling, automation, or other technical projects
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet programs
• Experience with design and/or implementation automation solutions, such as Conveyors, Sorters, high speed manufacturing and packaging lines, Robotic work cells
• Proven technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or program

Quality Program Manager – Operations Engineering, Operations Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage, design, and drive implementation of large-scale programs across multiple fulfillment building types. Material handling elements may include high-speed sortation, multiple conveyor subsystems, package lines and/or robotic work cells
• Evaluate issues and propose actionable resolutions to design and execution problems
• Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors
• Lead and coordinate execution efforts between internal teams and outside vendors focusing on quality improvements
• Develop and simplify processes and tools to eliminate defect injection across multiple programs
• Drive standards and consistency across North America capital execution projects
• Oversee data mining and analyze the results to provide recommendations, conclusions, and solutions
• Create and communicate meaningful high level reports to leadership regularly
• Ability to travel up to 75% to interact with internal and external business and technical leaders
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field; or 2+ years relevant Amazon experience.

Experience with complex MHE and packaging lines or process design based on Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Manufacturing System

Customs Brokerage Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
– Verify completeness of information upon onboarding Customers
– Prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders
– Verify accuracy of commercial documentation and charges
– Submit documentation to regulatory agencies
– Meet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracy
– Collaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issues
– Collaborate with origin and destination logistics teams
– 2nd Tier support for Customer Service queries
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 1+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration experience

Senior Penetration Testing Engineer, AWS Gen AI Security
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform penetration testing complex proprietary software and hardware for AWS Gen AI services like Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Code Whisperer.
– Manually audit the source code of web services and software authored in house by Amazon
– Write proof of concept code to demonstrate the severity of a potential security issue
– Provide clear communication on issues to developers that suggest and help to test the fix
– Partner with AWS developers to drive improvement in application security as a result of security review engagements
– Provide actionable long-term risk mitigation guidance to internal and external stakeholder
– Conduct independent vulnerability research pertaining to Gen AI technologies
Qualification :
– A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, degree in similar technical field, or equivalent professional experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing AI/ML systems, models, and frameworks for security vulnerabilities.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in security testing (Penetration testing, Vulnerability testing, Red teaming, bug hunting, CTF experience, or related field).
– Minimum of 5 years of experience with manually auditing source code (One or more of: Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Rust, C, others) to find security issues.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience scripting in Python or other equivalent interpreted languages.
– Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with 2 or more areas of security engineering practices such as in web application security, network security, authentication and authorization protocols, cryptography, automation and other software security disciplines.
– Experience with AWS AI technologies and services (e.g. SageMaker, Code Whisperer, Bedrock, etc).

Customer Care Representative, Remote Customer Care – Amazon Pharmacy
Job Responsibilities:
• Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with
billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls
• Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each
interaction
• Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering
with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
• Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced
