Qualification: Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience
We’re looking for a Manual Tester with hands-on experience in Form 5500, ADC, and ACP to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Compliance Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing manual test cases and validating complex retirement plan data.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in Form 5500, Actual Deferral Contribution (ADC), and Actual Contribution Percentage (ACP)
Familiarity with retirement plan compliance and non-discrimination testing
Nice to Have (Sub-skills):
ADP/ACP, 410(b), 402(g), 414(s), 415 Testing
Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT)
Form 5500 filing for large and complex plans
