Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Europe 

Job Description:

You will play a key role in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

As part of the sales team, you work proactively, managing direct customers.

While primarily handling the sales process remotely, you will also have the opportunity to conduct in-person customer visits.

Selling our standard range of products and services will be a key responsibility, reducing the need for direct customer on-site visits for low complex sales.

Your responsibility includes following up on and closing open business opportunities, handling and qualifying incoming inquiries, and developing cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, as well as replying to questions concerning technical information and use of our products and services.

Qualification:

A technical high school diploma or university degree, or equivalent technical competence gained through work experience, is required and we put value in experience from a commercial role. Fluency in English and Swedish is required and so is driver’s license (B).

Service Engineer – Remote

Job Description:

Provide installation and commissioning service for customers.

To provide installation and commissioning to customers when leakage detector equipment is delivered.

To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.

Provide maintenance and repair service for customers

Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for leakage detector equipment.

To contact with customers to identify general problems and provide necessary suggestions.

To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.

Co-ordination with sales, and technical team.

To interact with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.

To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site.

Has the responsibility to contribute to the sustainable operations for parts and service and also to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety and environment issues.

Education level

College graduated or above.

Relevant Previous experience

1. 3 years working experience in automation maintenance after-sales engineer.

3. Adapt to travel.

Job description

Technical Publication team is looking for a Technical reviewer who,

Interact with partners around the world in Marketing, Sales, Legal and other departments requiring support with their translation needs

Support to document translations of design drawings, Engineering specifications, technical manuals, data sheets.

Create and manage implementation roadmaps and plans for the continuous translations projects

Translation review of the translations of instruction manual, technical documents content from

English to Russian/Dutch/Italian/Portuguese

Maintain word glossaries, style guides and translation memories records.

Manage end to end solution development involving other team members, internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to the development of various learning material eLearning in support of enterprise collaboration platforms and solutions

Prepare necessary reports to keep product development and achievements visible

Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery

Excellent communication and engagement skills, including providing advice to team members, management and clients, and engaging with stakeholders.

Skills Required

Basic awareness of MS office

Knowledge of software and manufacturing concepts and terminology in both languages.( English language and Russian/Dutch/Italian/Portuguese)

Specialized vocabulary in both English and foreign language related to manufacturing products.

Qualification:
