On paper people management experience is must for cl 9, for cl 10 we are ok with acting TL and few with people management exp.
Client management, stake holder management is mandate.
We are looking for someone who has experience into international WFA (Workforce admin), employee benefits, 401 K, Pension, retirement, COBRA, Health and welfare, Insurance benefits enrollment etc.
CL 9/10/11 – Compensation
On paper people management experience is must for cl 9, for cl 10 we are ok with acting TL and few with people management exp.
Client management, stake holder management is mandate.
We are looking for someone who has experience into international compensation, total rewards, merit calculation, benchmarking, compensation survey etc.
CL 10/ 11 – Payroll
