Minimum 2-3 Years of relevant experience in International Voice Process,
49430 – Associate, Fund Administration Representative I (G Grade)
Minimum 3-4 Years of relevant experience in International Voice Process, International calling. Should have worked as subject matter expert (SME).
49217 Associate, Fund Administration II (H Grade)
International calling.
Minimum 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Call Center environment with at least 2 years as a Team Lead in international inbound voice process.
