IT Specialist – China
Provide a high level of customer service while supporting end users. Support includes, but is not limited to, laptops, desktops, smartphones, AV & VC systems, office phone, and voicemail system.
Bachelor degree in IT-related discipline or comparable knowledge/ experience in technology related field.
3 years working experience for IT-related discipline to at least 150 end users.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Certified in MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and AWS Cloud Service (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) or related professional certification will be an advantage, but not essential.
ITIL foundation certification will be an advantage, but not essential.
