– Mulesoft Platform Admin: 5 to 11 years (SA)(not a developer)
– PostgreSQL DBA: 3 to 10 years (A/SA)
– Oracle DBA + AWS: 3 to 10 years (A/SA)

For the MuleSoft Platform Admin role:
– Management of Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) where MuleSoft RTF instances are deployed
– Administration of Cloud Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE)
– Maintenance, updates, upgrades, and patching/hotfixes
– Incident remediation, troubleshooting, and corrective action
– Platform health monitoring, performance reports, and usage reports
– Certificate renewals and change management
– Platform configuration changes, release deployments, and root cause analysis
– Handling MuleSoft Platform service requests and incidents
– CI/CD support and maintenance
– Sensedia Custom Authentication Solution
