Job Description:
Requires strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, procedures and ability to understand general HR practices and technology
Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
Desirable to have familiarity with HR related regulations and compliance
Experience of working on HR systems like workday, success factor, oracle, Darwinbox etc. is preferable
Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Outlook
Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
