Experience: Freshers are only Eligible

Fluency in Hindi and English is Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist customers via [calls/emails/chats], addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Provide accurate information and ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
