JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact.
Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
Achieve critical performance targets.
Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
