LOCATION – HCLTECH Campus, MIHAN SEZ, Nagpur
JOB REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE (in either of the below Sub Processes);
Account Activation & Setup (1 to 7 years – Basic knowledge of KYC)
Invoice Management (2 to 4 years – Validate billing data and create customer invoices)
Collections (1 to 4 years – Follow up on overdue payments via email/ phone)
Cash Application (1 to 5 years – Apply incoming payments; basic knowledge of payment methods is a plus)
Dispute Management (1 to 8 years – Investigate and resolve disputes; log cases in system)
