Job Responsibilities:
We are searching for a Quality Analyst – Procurement with Excellent Communication skill and who wants to make a real impact on the Procurement to Pay (P2P) Supply Chain industry.
As a Quality Analyst in HCL – Digital Process Operations, you will be:
Monitoring transactional process quality and providing feedback for Procurement and finance business processes
Perform quality checks and Provide feedback to the buyers/ analysts/ Senior buyers by maintaining quality standards as per quality plan
Knowledge and ability to use data in order to generate, analyze and present information.
Client satisfaction/ dissatisfaction measurement & analysis through independent surveys.
Continuous Improvement: Ability to engage in quality orientation for sustained continuous improvement in processes and systems
Qualifications:
Any bachelor degree with min 4 to 6 years of exp as a Quality Analyst in Indirect procurement
Willingness to work in US/Night Shifts
Desired
Knowledge of Quality Monitoring process and system
Good knowledge in MS-Office (excel etc.)
Good Communication and analytical skills
