 Qualification Criteria:-

1. Graduation in any field (Except Law Graduates)

2. Fresher / Experience up to 2yrs

3. Agent should be flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.(US Shifts) (Monday to Friday fix, between 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM)

4. Job Location- Noida Sec 126 / Noida Sec 144

5. Cabs available

6. Candidates from Noida & Greater Noida will be preferred.

Desirable:

1. Excellent Communication skills (Written/Verbal) is the foremost priority.

2. Good customer service skills & should display good analytical abilities

3. Prior experience in BPO voice process shall be preferred.

4. Candidate must be comfortable with Work From Office module

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.

2. Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.

3. Improve the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.

4. Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.

5. Ensure that customers confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.

HCL Technologies Walk in Drive-6th & 7th Nov_International Customer Support

Job Description:

• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
• Gathers information, research/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
• Makes recommendations to customer based on the inquiry and what the company guidelines allow
• Minimize call escalation through effective communication and knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
• Complies with schedule adherence and productivity metrics
• Adjust performance based on coaching and quality feedback.
• Adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, such as quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualification:

• College studies preferred. High school diploma at minimum
• Experience in in a call center, customer service or front office center environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in international call center.
• Knowledge of VOC metrics and quality standards also preferred.
