Here’s your opportunity to work at Cipla’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Kurkumbh.

Walk-in Drive -at Kurkumbh 

Experience : 1 – 5 Years

1. Formulation Engineering – Mechanical Maintenance

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of formulation equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, tablet compression machines, coating pans, fluid bed dryers, etc.).

Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.

Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely maintenance without impacting batch schedules.

Maintain proper documentation as per GMP guidelines, including equipment history records, calibration logs, and maintenance checklists.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance during maintenance activities.

Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Maintain inventory of critical mechanical spares and raise indents in coordination with the purchase team.

2. Electrical Engineer – Formulation Engineering

Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of formulation equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, compression machines, FBDs, coating pans, etc.)

Troubleshoot electrical issues related to PLCs, HMIs, drives, and control panels.

Ensure compliance with safety norms and GMP standards during all electrical works.

Monitor and maintain electrical systems, panels, and distribution boards in formulation areas.

Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.

Maintain proper documentation including maintenance logs, calibration reports, and audit readiness records.

Coordinate with production and other cross-functional teams for timely support

3. API Engineering – Mechanical Maintenance

Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment in API manufacturing units.

Handling breakdowns and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, reactors, centrifuges, compressors, blowers, gearboxes, and vacuum pumps.

Execute preventive maintenance schedules, maintain equipment history cards, and update maintenance logs.

Ensure proper calibration of mechanical instruments where applicable.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Monitor and maintain utility equipment related to HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, etc.

Ensure adherence to safety and GMP compliance during all maintenance activities.

4. API Engineering – Electrical Maintenance

Responsible for operation and maintenance of electrical systems in API manufacturing units.

Troubleshooting and maintenance of HT/LT panels, motors, drives, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems.

Maintenance of control panels, distribution boards, and instrumentation wiring.

Execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for all plant electrical equipment.

Ensure energy-efficient operations and support energy audits and conservation initiatives.

Ensure electrical safety compliance and statutory requirements (as per IE rules and pharma regulations).

Coordination with external agencies for statutory inspections (e.g., electrical inspector
