We’re hiring Customer Support Executive for Complaints Management at Hexaware Technologies.

Location: Ghansoli, Mumbai

Provide visa verification support to clients via social media and email.

Handle customer queries and complaints on social media platforms and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Designation – Customer Support Executive/Sr. Executive.

Profile- Complaints Management.

Experience – Minimum 6 months of complaint management experience

Shift – 5 days working (Rotational shifts)

Weekly Offs- 2 Days (Rotational off)

Minimum Qualification- HSC/Graduated

Timings: Must be comfortable with Rotational shifts

Skills: Good English Communication

Extra Facility – Night Drop Service Available

Collaboration with various departments is essential to uphold the bank’s standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

Part qualified accountant with affiliation to a recognized accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with acute attention to detail.
