Service desk

Job Location: Bangalore

Education: Any Full time Graduate

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Job Description::

Graduation with 15-year full-time education is mandatory, the candidate needs to have a degree completion certificate with
complete mark sheets. No undergraduates.

Excellent communication skills CEFR:: B1, C1, C2.
Minimum 1 year of work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support,
active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, BIOS

Experience with Service Now, Remedy, Control, or similar ticketing tools with knowledge of ticket priority, and severity.
Knowledge of Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incidents.

Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
Talents should be based out of Bangalore or Pune.
Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
24*7 Shifts are mandatory.
Mandatory B2C chat process experience(B2B will not be considered)
Recent projects/Processes should be based on chat
Mandatory experience on L1 Service Desk/CS-Semi tech / Blended Voice process with Email/Outlook & chat experience
Multiple chat/Dual chat experience is required.

SKILLS:

Work experience on service Now or relevant ticketing tool
Experience with VPN, BSOD, BitLocker, printer troubleshooting, and WIFI troubleshooting
Experience on remote connectivity, O365, Active directory, Outlook, Drivers
SLA/Metrics
