We are hiring for – C++, Linux & QNX
Notice Period – Immediate to 30 days (Preferred)
Candidate should be ready to take In-person interview on 15 Feb in Hyderabad
Years of Experience: 6 to 9 yrs
Technical and domain skills:
Must have hands on development experience in C++, Linux
Must have working experience in UML, Design patterns, OOAD.
Good to have working experience in Automotive domain / Embedded domain.
Good to have product development experience.
Good to have knowledge on agile methodologies.
Good to have functional safety (ISO26262) knowledge.
Good to have exposure on Autosar standards.
Good to have exposure on QNX/RTOS
Good to have exposure on TCPIP / Networking
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and principles.
Design and develop high-level and detailed architectural solutions that address business requirements and technical constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive architectural initiatives and deliver solutions.
Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt to ensure the long-term maintainability and scalability of systems.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, frameworks, and tools to support architectural objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in architectural processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, to communicate architectural vision, priorities, and progress.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with leadership and mentoring skills
The ability to collaborate and integrate with existing team.
Identifying possible risks and critical points and applying the necessary corrective actions by escalating to get the needed support.
Leading cross-functional teams, both local and distributed, in highly dynamic environments.
