Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Education : Diploma/BE electrical with E&I experience in Plant engineering
Job Description
•Able to read Single Line Diagram for Power Distribution systems, Schematic drawing for LV/MV swgr panels & interconnection drawings
• Should have hands on experience of working in LV & MV AC system and 1000V DC systems with sound knowledge on electrical safety
• Able to generate cable schedules from schematic drawings.
• Should be able to coordinate inter department disciplines like Civil, Mechanical for projects
• Should be able to read Cable routing, cable trench & Tray Layout Drawings, Earthing Layout drawings, Illumination Distribution Layouts, Lightning Protection Layouts.
• Verify the Bill of Materials for Cable tray, earthing, Illumination & Lightning protection at site as per drawings complete the installation work through sub-contractor.
• Review the Customer Design drawings of Products like large transformer, VFD, inverters, communication architecture, etc.
• Hands on Experience in Eplan/AUTOCAD/Eledesc Must
• Understand detail engineering drawings Control circuit diagrams, Panel internal arrangements.
• Working experience on Electrical/Plant Automations like PLC, DCS, etc
• Hands on experience in installation & commissioning of Battery energy storage system, Li Ion batteries, Solar inverters, Power conversion systems will be added advantage
Wiring Harness Engineer/Sr Engineer/Lead
Location : Chennai & Bangalore
Experience: 5 to 13 Years
Job Description:
Good in Vehicle electrical Harness design
Experience in Wire Harness routing, Flattening and drawing creation.
Electrical schematic creation & update
Technically sound in Harness Manufacturing knowledge
Expert in Electrical Components selections.
Strong Knowledge in CREO Harness CREO Schematic
Strong knowledge in Truck & off-highway/ Automotive Electrical working principle
Strong Knowledge in Catia Harness
Strong Knowledge in Zuken E3
