Electrical Design Engineer with MV Switchgear
Work Location: Mumbai/Mysore
Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Job Description
Bachelor’s or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in electrical design for MV
Switchgear and preparing technical RFQ packages.
Proficiency in protection relays, P&C schemes, control schematics, and communication network architectures.
Ability to interpret and develop control schematics, panel arrangement drawings, three- line drawings, wiring diagrams, and nameplate schedules.
Familiarity with IEEE-ANSI/NEC/UL/NEMA standards and knowledge of Electrical CAD tools (Electrical ACAD, E-BASE, MS VISIO, NXTools+ advantageous).
Mechanical Design Engineer with MV Switchgear
Work Location: Mumbai/Mysore
Experience: 3 to 10 Years
Job Description
Experience with ANSI LV and MV Products, including sheet metal parts, bus bars, and insulation parts.
Proficiency in NX (preferred) and AutoCAD for designing parts and assemblies from concept to completion.
Analyze customer specifications, collaborate with the Engineering Project team, and ensure optimal product delivery.
Familiarity with ANSI/IEEE standards (IEEE C37.20.2, IEEE C37.20.3, IEEE C37.20.7, UL 845).
Knowledge of Electrical CAD tools (ACAD, NX, Teamcenter advantageous) and experience in a complex, made-to-order manufacturing environment.
