Job Description
Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all P&O M&R related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
Facilitates external benchmarking for centrally driven M&R efforts, owning the external relationship, scoping the terms of reference, agreeing on the terms of the contract, providing and validating data, reviewing the study results, and turning insights into action.
Drives standardized M&R performance management through the implementation of reports into the regions, delivering consistency across the regions, and identifying and sharing good practices among the regions.
Maintenance Engineer

Overall ownership for the development and deployment of maintenance builds for new projects
Develop and assign risk-based reliability strategies for installed equipment, utilizing Equipment Strategies. The strategies are based on the standard Central process with a standard set of tools to develop the strategy and will require leadership for the development of Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Routines and Maintenance Procedures Incorporate reliability and maintenance input into trade-off decisions for equipment selection and specification including equipment criticality reviews, condition-based monitoring requirements, plant sparing, levels of redundancy, TAR Strategy, standardization and major component selection based on life cycle costing
Maintenance Planner
Experience : 3-12 Years

Job Description
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of maintenance materials and parts.
Create and prioritize work orders for maintenance tasks, ensuring that material requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for maintenance activities. Create new PMs., Modify PMs and Raise PR.
Identify required materials for execution and master them into the work management system (SAP PM).
Consult with OEM for recommended maintenance procedures, Bill of Material (BOM), etc. as needed.
Reliability Engineer
Experience : 7-12 Years

Job Description
Experience of maintaining the Instruments, Valves, transmitters, Sensors, Control systems (DCS/PLC, SCADA), Analyzers and F &G systems etc.
Experience with GE-APM Reliability Analytics, SIL study and Exida will be an added advantage.
Experience with SAP R3 particularly in Maintenance modules & extraction of various work order/ spare status reports, etc.
Knowledge of IEC standards.
CMRP/CRE/Functional safety certification would be an added advantage.
Mining Maintenance
Experience : 3-6 Years

Job Description:
Good understanding of Asset management system and Maintenance processes used in Oil & Gas industries. Knowledge of PM Structure and Work Management process. Experience in development of Asset Master, Function Location, Equipment master. Development of PM plans & Task list.
Material Management and Bill of Material (BOM).
Conduct periodic meetings to monitor project progress and schedule. Review and analyze of Project trends.
Coordinate with various cross functions team for resolving technical queries.
Review and perform data analytics. CMMS Software – SAP PM & MM.
