Senior Analyst – Service Support Associate
Location: Mumbai, Vikhroli

Job Description:
Be the primary point of contact for our US onshore branch, providing comprehensive support.
Implement US Health Insurance regulatory standards, guidelines, and policies.
Manage end-to-end support for policy lifecycle services.
Lead renewal activities as a US Health Insurance domain expert.
Handle queries efficiently to minimize rework at the service center.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of renewal activities.
Prepare and manage renewal documentation, including Census, SBC, SPD, Carrier Proposals, Enrollment Materials, Contracts, Certificates, and Policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates with 3+ years of experience in Insurance (Healthcare or Property).
Excellent communication skills are a must!
