Engineer/Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager (ME/Methods/Process)
Qualification & Experience
Diploma 5 to 10 years
BE/B.Tech 2 to 10 years
Job Description:
1. Preparation & release of process planning documents like MIS, route card, PD, MOS, HWI, visual aids and other engineering documents
2. Prepare & release the requirement generation documents like EBOM, PBOM, SAP BOM update for FPQ / FAI as per the agreed timelines
3. Knowledge of GD&T requirements, CATIA, 3D VIEWER, MS OFFICE, SAP working on MM, BOM and routing creations
4. Candidates having knowledge of composites manufacturing process are preferred
Tool Designer (Aerospace Fixture Design)
Qualification & Experience
Diploma 5 to 10 years
BE / B.Tech – 2 to 10 years
Job Description:
1. Experience on creating conceptual tool designs for composites parts using CATIA V5
2. To review and improvements of tool design in accordance with tool order, engineering drawing, MIS and other contractual requirements
3. Preparation of detail 2D tool drawing for manufacturing as per ANSI Y14.5M
4. Knowledge on composites, GD&T, fits and tolerances, manufacturing processes are preferred
