Preparation of make or buy, cost estimation for the RFQ parts
Tool Designer (experienced in Sheet metal, Machining,Tubes)

Experience : 5-15 Years
Experience on Creating Conceptual Tool designs for Sheet & Machine Shop parts using CATIA, Aerospace material, GD&T, fits & tolerances, Mnfg process.
Preparation of detail 2D Tool drawing for manufacturing as per ANSI Y14.5M
NC Programmer (Machine Shop)
Diploma Mech / B. E/ B.Tech Mech/Aero
Experience: 5-15 Years
Experience on NC Programming in Catia, NX, Vericut, Process Sheet Creation, Raw material Estimation, APQP Document Creation.
Knowledge on cutting tools & parameters,3-Axis, 4-Axis, 5-Axis machining, Aerospace material, GD&T
