Inviting Applications for Utility Maintenance & Special Process Roles
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Incharge- Utility Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech (Electrical
Experience: 3-5 Years
Knowledge of hvac, electrical systems, ups, compressor, transformers & dg set
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various utility systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations (e.g. nec, building codes)
Machine Engineer/ Supervisor – Shot Peening & Sand Blasting (Special Process)
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Tech (Metallurgy)
Experience: 2-10 Years
Surface preparation, cleaning, masking, proper positioning of workpieces within the machine Operate robot controller (rapid), hot peening, sand blasting machines, surface texturing, surface treatments of metals; adjusting settings according to job specifications and material requirements
Interpret technical drawings, familiarity with machine calibration, and aerospace standards
Paint Booth Engineer/ Supervisor – Painting (Special Process)
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Material Science)
Experience: 2-10 Years
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking and paint mixing
Operate spray guns and other painting equipment to apply coatings evenly and smoothly
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Maintain painting equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
Strong knowledge on painting and painting chemistry
Read and interpret technical drawings, and familiarity with spray gun & techniques

Experience: 5-7 Years
• Perform preventative maintenance on cnc machines (milling/turning & grinding) according to established
schedules, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and replacement of parts
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions
Shift Incharge – Special Process Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical
Experience: 3-5 Years
Experience with vacuum furnaces (ald, Ipsen, tav), thermal spray, paint booth, paint compaction & mpi machine
Knowledge of sap pm system
Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
Shift Incharge – Machine Shop Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical |
Experience: 3-5 Years
Experience with cnc machines (wfl, danobat, mazak) and cnc control systems (fanuc, siemens, mazatrol, robotics, automation, sap pm module, tpm)
Ability to repair and replace defective or worn parts like motors, spindles, bearings, valves, pumps and control systems
Machine Shop Maintenance – Mechanical/Electrical
Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical
Experience: 7-10 Years

Strong knowledge of cnc (5 axis) & grinding (wfl, danobat, mazak) machines/knowledge of cnc electrical
systems, including servo drives, control systems, plcs (e.g. siemens, fanuc, mitsubishi)
Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
Knowledge of safety regulations, tpm, sap pm experience
