Job Description:
Preparation & release of process planning documents like MIS, Route card PD, MOS, HWI, visual aids and other engineering documents) to implement FPQ/FAI as per the agreed timelines.
Raise indent to purchase department for procurement of raw materials, consumables, cutters, hand tools or capex equipment required during FAI /LSP.
Study & implement continuous improvement activities related to raw materials, consumables, cutters, cycle time reductions, design improvements
Knowledge of GD&T, Catia, 3d viewer, MS office, exposure of SAP on MM, BOM and routing creations.
Candidates should have knowledge on Composites Manufacturing Process.
