Handle phone calls or chat to resolve customer queries and provide resolution.
Provide professional and empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot common issues and guide customers through solutions.
Maintain accurate records and uphold high service standards.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-focused attitude with great problem-solving skills.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!
