Job Responsibilities
1) Hands on experience on Defined Benefit and Defined contribution scheme knowledge.
2) Ability to learn and grasp scheme nuances for DB & DC pensions
3) Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop.
4) Good communication skills with have proven ability in handling member/client calls and good email writing skills.
5) Ability to prioritize items.
Preferred candidate profile
1) Should have worked on at the minimum, one of the core pension administration task such as Transfers, Leavers, Retirements, Divorce and Death or Payroll processing and Scheme rules.
2) Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate (Non-technical)
3) Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
4) Good academic record (50% or above).
5) Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
6) Open to rotational shifts.
7) Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
8) Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
10) The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
