Diploma holders and non-technical graduates are NOT eligible
Freshers with solid technical understanding are welcome!
Candidates with prior technical support experience are also encouraged to apply!
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong grasp of telecom basics, internet services & infrastructure
Willingness to work in UK shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting broadband connectivity and speed issues
Supporting technical queries related to routers, switches, modems
Configuring and diagnosing home/office network setups
Handling customer concerns via chat and email
