Wipro Kolkata is conducting a walk-in drive on 7th May 2025 for International Non-Voice Process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Should be a graduate with all the educational documents in place.
Should be comfortable with Night Shift and Work from office.
Should be staying within the cab boundary of 25 KMS from Wipro Salt Lake Sec – 5
Should have all the employment proof as a supporting documents.
Should have mandatory govt id proof PAN, Aadhar and Voter ID.
Job Responsibilities
Customer relationship administration
Meeting Customer’s expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
Usage of the Customer’s tools / Follow up of the Customer’s processes & procedures
Management of all incoming requests.
Management of the backlog
Addressing written/Email requests and complaints received from the Customer
Process improvements proposals / implementation
Manages Customer relationship through providing daily operational support
Keeps Customer informed of progress at all stages
Skill Required
Computer (internet, MS Office package)
Good command of English (both written & spoken)
Customer relations management
Very good verbal communication skills
Rigorous and accurate working style
Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners only.
