Job Description:

Associates join as a cohort, receive intensive hands-on training across cutting-edge technology domains, and work on real Proof of Concept (POC) projects solving live Honeywell Aerospace business challenges.

At the end of the 12-month program, high-performing Associates graduate into permanent roles within the Honeywell Aerospace IT organization globally — making this one of the most direct pathways into a world-class technology career at a leading industrial aerospace company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Structured Technical Training (Months 1–4)
• POC Project Delivery (Months 4–10)
• Graduation & Career Transition (Months 10–12)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Recent graduate (within 2 years) from a B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA program from IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or equivalent Tier 1/Tier 2 engineering institution
• Strong academic performance with demonstrated technical aptitude in Computer Science,
• Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with programming (Python, Java, or equivalent) through coursework, projects, or internships
