Junior FullStack – Genesys
Job Description:
work with major aspects of the Contact Centre software Genesys Cloud, including: Base UI and user access/rights, Telephony, Architect Flows and routing, Agent scripting, Recordings & Quality Management, Monitoring & Analytics, Integrations (esp. DialogFlow) and Altocloud.
will interact with business stakeholders, quickly understand business requirements and translate these into configurations in the Genesys Cloud software.
Work with stakeholders and others in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the end to end solution;
Be responsible for the full DevOps implementation of Production ready code from inception through delivery and production readiness.
Practice the Agile methodology of software delivery, where your team will completely rely on all team members.
every team member will be performing all tasks in the day in the life of software delivery. This includes daily stand-ups, iteration planning, and retrospectives.
The role implies a Genesys certification that will be obtained within the internship period.
The internship is on determined contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension to a permanent one.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
student in final year, or fresh graduate of Computer Science or in another closely related degree program
previous relevant experience but under 1 year.
Knowledge in software development.
Good understanding for algorithms and data structures.
Good knowledge of databases.
