Subject Matter Expert, Creator and Product Support, YouTube
Job Description:
Own entire second level support escalations, triage, and prioritization processes.
Manage support communications for critical product issues impacting support teams.
Support launch readiness for new products/features and empower support teams with documentation, training, and product knowledge.
Act as the voice of creator support teams with Product Specialists. Coalesce and collect product feedback and insights to ensure that creator needs/features are represented, quantified, and prioritized for Product Managers and Engineers.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Analytical experience with problem solving and troubleshooting
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of YouTube or video platforms, and/or proven ability to become an expert in a short time frame
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills, including ability to articulate complex technical problems to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to remain calm while managing crisis communications
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects and issues to a clear conclusion
