ESI 3D & 2D Design experience with Catia V5 including associated secondary structure (A400M, A350, A380, LR)
Creation and Modification of Harness & Equipment Installation
Creation of design and dimensioning concepts
VPM, Trend knowledge mandatory; Taksy would be good if possible
DQN creation experience – would be good if possible
Identify technical issues in the Digital Mock Up
Perform feasibility studies for Harness & Equipment Installation
Ensure product structure methodologies/ rules are adhered Team efficiency
Experience
Good knowledge of CATIA V5, VPM A350 / A380 and PASS SSI
Knowledge of Aircraft Electrical Engineering
Knowledge and use of Electrical referential
Secondary structure knowledge, mechanical design
Structural A/C Engineer
Creation and modification of structure for LCD & Surrounds using Catia V5
Experience
Metal primary Structure
CATIA V5
Stress A/C Engineer
Conducting FEA for LCD & Surrounds structure using NASTRAN/Patran.
Analyzing the FEA result and make recommendation for design improvement
Prepare analysis report and review with customer
