Retail Network Engineer – Global Infrastructure Operations
Job Description:
This position will provide operations and Deployment support to Apple’s Retail network to address a wide variety of business challenges. The candidate will need to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task and provide operational support to various businesses within Apple. This position requires a collaborative team player, who will work in multi-functional groups and have the ability and willingness to work with others across the globe.
The engineer’s responsibilities also include working on tickets, break fixes, maintaining and upgrading of existing networks to current standards, sustaining operations as well as contributing to technical and procedural documentations.
The engineer will need to obsess over minute details and to drive operational excellence in every aspect of their work to deliver the best customer experience possible.
Education & Experience :
Strong analytical and organizational skills, including proven abilities to adapt to dynamic project environments, while able to balance multiple concurrent projects.
BS degree or equivalent experience
1 to 4 years of Network Operations experience is ideal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Network Operations and Deployments within Apple’s Retail stores.
