Systems Engineer – Windows Physical and Virtual Endpoints
Job Description:
You’re passionate about customer service
You have extensive experience supporting and implementing Windows OS, hardware, and VDI products (VMware Workspace One)
You have experience with Agile scrum processes
You’re stimulated by challenges, embrace change, and can contribute to innovation and forward thinking
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system
System Provisioning – SCCM Task Sequence, Windows AutoPilot, and Workspace One
System Configuration and Management – SCCM, MS Intune, Workspace One, Certificates, Group Policy Orchestrator, and Active Directory
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 1 and 1/2 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 5 years OR
3 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 5 years OR
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
