Job Description:
As a Maintenance Trainee you carry out projects within the framework of our improvement program ‘Maintenance Action Plan’, with the aim of raising maintenance to a higher level. The program lasts approximately 1 year and starts continuously. We expect you to show initiative within a project in order to motivate the MBO technicians with your ideas. You will really have to change the mindset of your colleagues! By working together with your colleagues in the factory, you ensure an increase in the reliability of the installations. The Maintenance Traineeship consists of 60% projects for the overall improvement program, 20% projects according to your own interpretation and the last 20% will consist of training and trainee consultation.

During your Traineeship you will be prepared for a great career step within Tata Steel. You will be more than well trained, for example by means of coaching on-the-job, professional and personal training. You form a team together with the other young professionals, to learn from each other and exchange ideas.

Do you have a completed HBO study Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Avation or Industrial Engineering?
Do you have a maximum of 4 years of work experience
Completed Master after obtaining your HBO is an advantage
You master the Dutch language
What do we offer you?
Fair is fair: in our traineeship we ask a lot of you, but you also get a lot in return:
You will receive a one-year contract, with a view to permanent employment
Starting salary of a HBO starter from € 3100 gross per month (depending on your experience, excluding allowances)
In addition, you receive variable profit sharing, year-end bonus of 2%, holiday allowance of 8%
