Job Description:
Strong understanding of IBM Security Access Manager
Minimum 1 year experience of installing, configuring and upgrading/migrating IBM Security IAM solution components.
Strong understanding and good hands-on in MFA
Good knowledge on Webseal
Good Knowledge on LDAP
Troubleshoots, investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediation.
Performs maintenance activities e.g. patching, performance tuning and backups
Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management
Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently
Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management
Qualification:
15 years of full time education
BE/B.TECH/BCA/MCA/MSC
