Field Service Engr I- Young Graduate

For Young graduate: Technical Early Career Program

Actively participate in installation / configuration / implementation & commissioning of Honeywell’s product range including Industrial Safety & Automation System (SAS), HMI and SCADA
Represent Honeywell in all customer interactions according to Honeywell values
Follow and observe all Honeywell and customer safety regulations and requirements
Understand project life cycle from specifications to delivery
Implement system upgrades or modifications, on process/off process. Implement online system changes to live plant without compromising process safety and operation.

Qualification:

You are a Fresh Graduate
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electronics, automation, electro-mechanics.

Ambitious and capable to work both in teams but also independently

Industrial Automation Engineer – Graduate Program

We are currently looking to hire recent graduates to be part of Industrial Automation Engineer Graduate Program and to join our Industry Automation team in Portugal to be part of the largest automation team for the oil and gas industry sector located in Sines or Setubal area.

The purpose of the role is to get the initial training and start to implement engineering solutions, under close supervision, for:

· Process Control

· Safety Instrumented Systems

· Human Machine Interface

· Hardware Design

· OT Design implementation and maintenance

On industrial process automation projects in industries like: Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Chemicals, Pulp and Paper, etc.

The phases of the projects start from Sales Support, FEED, Functional Design Specification, Detail Design Specification, FAT and SAT Procedures, Operating Manuals, Implementation (Control strategies, Safety, HMI, Hardware Design), System Architecture, and end with FATs, SATs, Commissioning and Start-up.

The types of projects are:

· Brownfields – development based on EPC/Customer specifications.

· Legacy migrations – migrations from old Honeywell systems to the new ones.

· Competitive migrations – migrations from competition to Honeywell systems.

Qualifications:

· Recent graduates; bachelor or master’s degree or any other technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Preferred specializations: Automation and Computers, Informatics, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Electronics

· IT&C background

· English communication skills are mandatory, additional foreign languages are a plus

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, mobility, global mindset, integrative thinking, teamwork-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

Data Management Intern (12 months contact)

Job Responsibilities

Process day to day requests: vendor set-up, vendor update, reactivation and deactivation.
Error resolution and customer support for internal stakeholders (Procurement and Finance functions).
Fraud prevention through bank validation process.
Data validation and overall maintenance of Vendor Master Data, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data.
Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor maintenance matters, either by Teams or email.
Continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives.
Play an active role in defining Vendor Master Data standards, rules, and policies liaising with relevant business and technical teams.

Qualifications

Enrolled in Master’s degree (preferably finance) or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months)
English language knowledge is a must
Background in Accounts Payable/Cash
Disbursements/Accounting/Procurement/Master Data areas is an advantage
Work experience with SAP FI module; Service Now and Oracle are a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
