Job Description:
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
Follow Agile, Scrum or hybrid development methodology
Understand business requirements and develop functional & technical specification
Support backlog creation (such as develop user stories, test scripts, etc.)
Gather and Interpret Business requirements, pain points and KPI’s
Develop recommendations, wireframes, specifications for analytical solutions that enhance and build new capabilities.
Expected Outcomes:
Exposure to the Datawarehouse project life cycle
Ability to convey information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
Process knowledge in several business/ functional areas
Able to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Must have graduated from an accredited college or university since May 2021, or will graduate by August 2022
Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
