Container Execution Support – Malaysia
Job Description:
The Container Execution Support will conduct production activities in a manufacturing or field site to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards. In this role, you will contribute to conducting data management, reporting and analysis, shipping, client interaction, business partnership and people, resource, budget and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Shipment planning/ tendering activities through daily report and checks
For GTN system – Placing booking, exporting data, reviewing it for reasonableness and missing info. Reaching out to others in CTL, BU or Carriers to get the required/missing information for day-to-day execution activities
Assist to analyze metrics based on supplier scorecard / to monitor carrier performance
Works within defined processes to determine root causes for noncompliance and recommend changes for improvement
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum diploma holder or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in shipping, logistic or supply chain
Other minimum qualifications may apply

Qualification:
