Job Description:
Assist in the planning, purchasing, scheduling, and monitoring of the movement of
materials through the Supply Chain
Assist in addressing inquires and issues related to material requirements, shipments and
customer order fulfillment.
Assist in working with vendors to secure materials to support the production
schedule/requirements.
Assist in managing projects with respect to key initiatives both within the department and
cross-functionally throughout the organization
Provide routine support to Supply Chain team with regards to data entry, coordination of
information flow and project coordination
Qualification:
Have graduated from College/University focusing on Supply Chain
Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
Supply Chain Theorical Knowledge (understanding of forecasting, logistics, MRP (Material requirement planning) BOM (bill of material structures) desired.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word)
SAP is a strong asset
Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Excellent organization skills with a strong ability to prioritize job tasks
Works well in a team environment

Market Intelligence Trainee (recent graduate)
Job Responsibilities
Monitor market trends and investment news through market analysis tools or self-created methods to create list of prospection opportunities through data.
Analyze current client’s data base to get better understanding of our Ideal Consumer Profile in the region (Mexico/Central America)
Support our Account Developers, Inside Sales and Key Account Manager teams in identifying potential opportunities for already existing clients through cross analysis of already sold products and company profile
Support Hub Sales team with in-depth knowledge of selected Key Accounts.
Support Account Developers Team activities
Manage partnerships with industrial associations to evaluate valued added and generate new opportunities
Qualification:
Recently graduated (no more than 1 year) with a bachelor’s degree in engineering
Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Excel and Power Point expertise
Good communication capabilities and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work in a team environment and collaboration
