Junior Customer Support – Europe
Job Description:
•Order processing by using Honeywell tools by adhering to and observing procedures, policies and organizational systems
•Updating customer accounts
•Scanning & filling all customer documentation ready for processing
•Pro-actively communicate with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information
•Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
•Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements
Qualification:
•You are under 29
•A bachelor Degree or Diploma
•Good English knowledge both in written and spoken
•An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues;
•A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
