Job Description
Accounts Payable – Associate – Any one of the below
– Invoice management
o Index, process and post invoices in the ERP (SAP, Oracle etc)
o Understand VAT and WHT implication and post invoice accordingly
o Identify exception invoices and handle those exception accordingly
o Ability to analyse any query and resolve on time
o Understand the exception handling complexity and proactiveness in highlighting issues
– Payments
o Basic understanding of Payment proposal and schedules
o Should have executed payments in any one of the ERP – SAP or Oracle
– General
o Good communication Skills and Basic Accounting knowledge
o Flexible to work in shifts and relevant experience in AP Process
o Basic understating of SLA relating to TAT and accuracy
o Attention for details and process transactions accurately
Qualifications :
